	Green Turtle Cove - Just across the road from the Ocean, this complex is known for its large balconies and very tasteful lobbies. If you have  a boat or would like to fish the river, this could be yours.

	Hammock Creek, Palm City FL - Although centered and developed around a Jack Nicklaus designed and managed golf course, tennis players have not been slighted; nor has a family looking for a community with single and two story homes, with or without your own pool, this is a gated community not to overlook. Area schools include Bessy Creek Middle School and Martin County High School. Immediate access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. Shopping just down the road! Prices range from the $400's to $800,000.

	Homes on the Island are generally in the $1 million range. Although most are in gated communities such as Joe's Point, Rigal's Cove, Spinnaker Point, Bay Tree or Sailfish Point, there are single homes located directly on the ocean and not part of a formal community. Pricing for these homes will start in the $1.5 million area and range up to $15 million.
